Found a TV out card that will fit the slim line case on the Maplins site
: part number A95AG.
Seems a little dear for a GeForce2 but I may give it a go...

I've got the exact same problem, not that this is of any help to you.
If I'd realised I would have ordered the TVOUT card with the machine.  I
guessed like you that the port looks like an AGP port, but the faceplate
is about 1/3 smaller.  Dell must sell them seperatly but I'm stuffed if
I can find out where.

A friend of mine pointed out this graphics card that seems to have a
smallish board, however the faceplate would still need hacking (I'm not
even sure the card is small enough):-
