No is the simple answer, the rs232 to 1-wire requires a master to bridge
the gap the simple rules are 1 master per 1-wire network.  The 1-wire
protocol isn't really setup for this type of pass through communication it
is really designed as one master talking to lots of devices that can
respond back to its requests.  As such it doesn't really do point to point
stuff.
