Newbie - Is anyone using the'Avstar' AV networking system? If so,=20
could you answer a simple question?

I've got the system up and running, CAT 5e all installed, sky and=20
terrestrial TV all working well, however I'm wanting to view /=20
control the PC server via the system - for running DVD's and MP3's=20
which are stored on the hard drives.

I've contacted the 'AST Homenet' (system suppliers) and they=20
suggested using a 'Scan-com CS-320' converter. With that advice I=20
went out and bought one (=A3185) only to find that the picture quality=20
leaves much to be desired.

Has anyone using 'Avstar' managed to do this?!?

Many thanks in advance

Martin
