Hi

Can i just confirm what you suggest Kevin.

£400 (possibly + vat) gives you a 2 day Clipsal course and enough Clipsal
kit to get you going?

Regards

Ben

I think it’s a call to Clipsal to book places on the courses – I
haven’t done this yet but others seem to have done it this way.

The initial course IIRC is £400 (maybe + vat) and is a two day
course - you are provided with some demo kit which is a sort of starter
kit. This includes the PC RS232 serial interface – a 4 channel 2A/ch light
dimmer pack, a C-Bus switch – I understand this is either an E200 series
white switch or a Neo dependant on stock. Some halogen lights and
transformers (4?) and of course some pink C-Bus cable. I assume you get the
programming software too. This represents something like a 50% saving over
the standard trade pricing so is a good deal.

Where can I find details of C-Bus training courses + starter kits? I had
quick look at their web site, but couldn't see any info.

Thanks,

Martin
