Thanks to Don abusing his bandwidth all day yesterday, the files are now
on my server and ready for download. Goto...

...and take what you want. Mark, can you add that link to your site for
the DVD version rather than direct links per file incase I need to alter
the structure for any reason.
Now to download to my computer so *I* can watch it :)
