I should have completed the upload to callums box in the next 15 hours or
so!

I don't think we want to start splitting the file by chapter, the main iso
file has been split into 100MB chunks using winrar but you'll need all the
.rar  files to make the full .iso file.

You're right! Oops! :-)

I don't think this really changes the argument though.  I'm happy to do
it over several nights, as there's someone who's happy to host it.  It
may be a bit of a wait, but my PC does nothing in the evenings so it's
not the end of the world.  I've also got the software to split the file,
or convert it to a slightly less space-heavy format if necessary.

Thinking about it, it might be nice to split the file by product, so
that people could only download the bit that interested them?

I suspect your calculations might not have taken bits/bytes into
account.

1.3 Gigabytes should take 14 hours at 256 kilobits/sec even ignoring
protocol overheads. ?
