Could it be permission based ??

Have you gone from a Win98 to Win2000 machine - i've done the same and it
took me a while to realise it was due to permissions not allowing writing
to
database etc.

Dean.

HI all,

I've been working from home for a while and have developed an .asp
application using Microsoft IIS. (Version5.0)

I've come back to work and installed IIS and the asp pages on my machine
here and can't get asp pages to run. I just get 'http 500 internal server
error' pages.
(can't even get the browser to look at the pages shipped by
Microsoft.....iisstart.asp)

If I try and access a plain html file it works and the page is served to
the
client without any problems.

Any clues.hints or tips ?

Thanks

Clive
