Dynalite is available in the UK although it is now marketed under the name
"iLight".

Had a demo of the Dynalite kit about 3 years ago when I was looking for a
replacement for an old Lutron Orion system. At the time, from what I
remember, the Dynalite protocol was openly available allowing other kit to
interface to its RS485 bus.
