Sorry, I should have stated that the delay is based on X-10 traffic in
both directions. ie. Sensors send X-10 to the home automation controller
and the controller, in turn, sends X-10 signal to the lights. You are more
upmarket with a HomeVision controller that takes care of the sensor
detection part.
