[OT] USB - parallel....
Chaps, bought a new printer at the weekend, but as is probably pretty
normal
these days, it has a USB interface *only*...
I'd like to be able to put it on my existing JetDirect print server, which
obviously only has a parallel port... "No problem" I thought, -
I'll just
get a USB-Parallel adapter....
Unfortunately, I don't see to be able to find an adapter that's the right
way round... - there's plenty about that allow a parallel printer to be
connected to a USB port, but thus far I've not found one to connect a USB
printer to a parallel port... :-(
Does anyone know of such a beast? - or failing that, is there such a thing
as a LAN print server with USB ports for the printer connection? (and if
that's the case, does anyone want to buy a HP Jetdirect print server?...)
