It's basically PC Chips implementing Viatech's mini-itx platform..

And very interesting with it, as they have included an AGP slot + 3PCI..
the
little mini-itx boards are delicious, but the single PCI and no AGP is very
limiting..

PC Chips boards have legendary (in a bad way) build quality, but if you get
a good one, they tend to be pretty reliable.

And for that price?

£44 for the board, £20 for some memory, a £15 case, and £40 for a hard
drive...

That's a damn cheap PC.
