Sounds good Tim.

Do you know if the ZPT controls (I presume the in/outputs on the back of
th=
e unit) are accessible for other applications i.e. remote
switching/sensing=
?

No, completely unused - Built for a US contract which went Tango Uniform.
=
The odd one may have been sent to a customer for demo/approval. I can't
un=
derstand the do they/don't they have serial cables - They should either
all=
have them - or not.
On a different matter - I am trying to contact Jon - a erstwhile developer
=
involved with MV1000 as he wrote a bunch of really funky applications
based=
around them - he might be willing to post it for you boys to get your hand=
s on. I will let you know!
I do have access to some of the engineers involved so if you have problems
=
or want modifications (ZPT control for instance) it might be possible.
The=
only caveat is that the company laid these guys off and it got a bit messy=
, so they may tell me to take a hike.=20
Cheers,
Tim

So Tim,
What is the history of these units - are they completely new and unused (=
been sitting in stock for a few years) or have they been previously used
at=
all?
Paul.

No, I am the guilty party - I still have a load of these to shift (I was =
selling them well before the great DataCell sell-off) and continue to do
so=
afterwards - their flogging them at 50 each didn't help me make my money b=
ack any easier.
I will continue to sell them in ones on Ebay whilst negotiating selling t=
hem all as a job lot. I will then be free.
Tim Fletcher.
