Question about vouchers

A well known retailer has printed vouchers in the their latest catalogue
that say =A3200 off any purchase of =A32000 or more.
Now, they have not printed ANY t&cs on them. Nothing at all. Nothing
saying 'only one voucher per customer etc'.=20
Where do they stand legally? This retailer is also well known for being
totally crap so I have no problems shafting them.
