Do not forget that this type of circuit must have a correct load at the
output in order to be well balanced.

but to check - Q1 (BC182L) pin1 = E, pin2 = C, pin3 = B (TO-92 package) -
Q2
(BC212) pin1 = C, pin2 = B, pin3 = E. This info I got from the datasheets.
Is the difference in C-B-E assignment between the two correct?
