It should work just fine, but then I would not have to buy the accessory
and
therefore look quite so professional in front of SWMBO ;-)

Anyway, after a bit of phoning around to family & friends I've managed
to
get hold of one, although it amazes me that somewhere like Stoke on Trent
has 4 B&Q's including a nice new Warehouse store!

If you have no luck how about a screw in the centre of the cut out area to
act as an anchor and a piece of string of the right length tied around the
collar of the rotozip?
