I use the epson perfection 1640SU.=0D

Great for piling a load of A4 (or slightly bigger) sheets onto it and=0D
scanning lots in one go. I think it's very fast, but then I've only had an=

old flatbed scanner to compare it to and that was pathetically slow.=0D

We use an HP Officejet with Document Feeder, and it was pretty poor in=0D
everything we tried... right up until we got a copy of ABBYY Finereader.=

That software is the absolute Mutt's nuts, does amazingly good OCR, and=0D
