Yes. You just can't create closed loops. So you can daisy chain and home
run
or any mixture thereof.

Quoting directly from the CBus training manual v2.3.0:

It can be seen that in both star and daisy chain configurations the C-Bus
connections are still +ve to +ve and -ve to -ve. In other words a parallel
connection
is maintained but in the case of the star connected example (fig 1.3) the
'star point'
is located on the top unit. In this case all the cables run out from this
unit to other
units located at various locations.

There is a recommended maximum number of cables that may be placed in one
CBus
terminal. Various rules may be found in the 'Introduction to C-Bus Training
Manual'. This manual should be read and fully understood before further and
more
difficult tasks are undertaken.

"Closed loops" are not recommended and should not be used.
