The problem with success is that it brings it's own problems. This year's
event sounds like it was a real small and friendly affair - but to go
large=

will require a venue which wants to make more money out of the event, which
means charging 'cos of the coffee, breaks etc. I have been involved in
man=

user groups etc over the years, and they work up to s certain critical
size=

then the professionals get involved and then you need to pay more money for
the venue, the staff etc. and the only way to finance that is through
"sponsorship" (which needs organising.....)

As an example the hotel asked us if we wanted coffee server. It would have
been over =A3200 for us all on Saturday.
