Video splitter circuit

I=92ve ordered the parts for the circuits now (thanks for all the advice).

I need some general advice on putting this circuit together and have the
fo=
llowing questions:

1)	The circuit shows several earth points. I=92m going to put the circuit
o=
n veroboard for speed and build it into a rack enclosure with 24 BNC panel
=
mount connectors on the back. I=92m also going to build in a PSU in the
rac=
k enclosure. Should I connect all the earth points to the rack enclosure
ca=
se, along with the PSU earth and the screen wires from the coax cable that
=
runs to all the cameras?
2)	Are there any limitations or special consideration I need to give to
the=
video signal wires that run from the BNC connectors (centre conductor) to =
the PCB? i.e. can these wires be unshielded or should they be coax =96 and
=
if so, where should they ideally be grounded?
3)	What type of cable should I use to connect the BNC connectors to the
PCB=
?
4)	Keith mentioned that I should position my ceramic capacitors that
connec=
t the OpAmp power supply pins to ground as close as possible to the OpAmp.
=
As I=92m using veroboard and IC socket holders =96 is the closest hole the
=
the IC pins OK or should I shorten the distance even more by soldering the
=
OpAmp directly into the veroboard?
