Have you tried Maxim ( HYPERLINK "http://www.maxim-ic.com"www.maxim-ic.com)
as they do a range of video amplifiers, some quad in one package types etc.

The chip I would have recommended is the EL2099CT, data sheet

Neither RS nor farnell have stock.
The problem with splitting video actively is that each load is a load
impedence load, so the buffer needs to be just this side of a power
amp.
