RE: sniffin around

If it's the network traffic you want to sniff try something like
ethereal.

Subject: [ukha_d] sniffin around

I'm running Vinyl (www.pocketwerks.com) which is a music server app,
controlled from a Pocket PC. Trouble is, I want to control it from other
HA progs as well. The PPC connects via a wireless network to the Vinyl
server app.

Is it possible to intercept the traffic going to the app and work out
how to fake a signal to it from somewhere else? How easy/difficult would
this be?

Cheers,

Paul.
