Paul,

Sean Stratton recently used Powerquest's Partition Magic 8 to successfully
copy his SME server instal from one disk to another, and resize the
partition.

The downloadable version is only a demo, but the full blown version isn't
exactly expensive, at only £25, and an *excellent* tool for your tookit. it
works on every type of partition I have tried it on!
