Sorry for this but once again I am in trouble......

I was building some laptop machines today and as I was fitting some RAM I
had my wrist band on and connected to a bit of internal metal.

What I usually do is connect the power supply but switched off so as to
earth the PC but this time I was just bonded.

I think I am the only one in the company that owns a wrist band and
probably the only one to use one, but one of the managers decided to have a
go at me saying I should wear a wrist band that is plugged into a power
outlet, fair comment, but if I do that I am still not bonded to the
equipment as I was in the position I was in.

Anyway I have been told to get legal representation tomorrow......

Can anyone point me/advise me of the current thinking on this please?

Thanks all,

B.
