We already have an access system on the door, which does record the time
people leave/enter etc. but as Mat said, people don't always swipe in if
the
door is jammed open (which it frequently is).

changing the access system is out of the question as we are tennants in
this
building and that kind of equipment is supplied/maintained by the landlord.
