Dunno about you, but not having the facilities of a metalwork shop at my
disposal, I find making square cutouts a damn site harder than round
ones...
no matter what I try, I can never get a square cutout to have nice
straight sides, or nice square corners... :-(

Aren't some of the panels of these cases something like 6mm mild steel (or
aluminium)? - The front panel looks quite substantial, and not easy to cut

shape. - not sure about the back one, but not a job I'd relish...
