Watch Gatwick closely - there are several large companies relocating
down from Central London at the moment. I'm speculating that they may
require IT people.
Other than that, worth contacting all the airlines, most of whom have
Gatwick offices for some reason. And Air Miles, who have _way_big_
issues and need good IT people :-)
Who do I work for?
I work two days a week for the cleverly named Mark Harrison ltd.,
which is a specialist IT consultancy. I do big network rollouts,
multi-tiered firewall design, and, at a push, charge large sums for
installing OpenSource software for clients who don't trust anything
free. I take away the concern of it being free :-)
I spend three days a week with my wife and baby daughter. When I say
that I can take my girl to the swings on a wednesday morning the list
is divided (roughly evenly) between those who are incredibly envious,
and those who have _no_idea_ why I'd want to do this :-)
I work two days a week on another business that my wife and I run.
That also involves my daughter - increasingly, babies are welcome...
my solicitor took her spilling water all over a chair in his meeting
room in his stride last week at a contract signing :-) :-)
BTW - I've mailed you off-list about a cabling contractor for
Brighton.
Regards,
Mark
