Thoracic regions are basically your spine and muscles around it, scapula
is the muscle group ofer your shoulder blades .. roughly anyway.

So any strain on those, and I can't use my arms without using those, has
a rather quick and unpleasant result ... still trying to think of a way
to draw a bow without using my arms :-)
