RE: OT: CCTV question



Thanks guys,

One of the items in the checklist that Tim pointed me to is:

"Cameras have been positioned to avoid capturing the images of persons
not visiting the premises."

Surely this means that his positioning of the camera is illegal, as there
is no way of avoiding being on camera if we want to leave or enter our
property.

I'll check back thrugh the archives and see what further info I can pick
up.
