I've always used Norton's Ghost for that - your 2nd (target) disk
does not have to be the same size but hase to be at least the size of
the partition/data you want to clone. The resizing goes on the fly.
Just make sure that you select the correct disk as target...you don't
want to end up with 2 empty disks :-(
