Hi,
Have just had a look at my shoutcast setup (I did run a Win-amp radio
station over xmas :) ), you should be able to set the 'input source' on
shoutcast to 'soundcard'. This should then take what ever the sound card is
producing as the feed to the shoutcast server (dont forget to set your
Windows Mixer to enable the line input).

There are also options on setting a Push To Talk option etc for doing your
DJ bit if you have a mike!

I tried the Microsoft stuff and typicly found it too Wizardy for my liking
