Hi,

My appologies in advance if this has be coverered elsewhere/before but I'm
=
new to this list and I did do a search through the mail archive.

Anyway my query.
Does anyone know if there is a black box solution for configuring voice
com=
mands and the recognition thereof ?

My current solution is stable and good but I use voice recognition on a
tin=
y embedded linux box that in turn controls x10, internet and IR repeaters
f=
or AV. Problem with it is that I am currently using a wireless microphone
a=
nd these things cost =A3200 a pop and hence am looking at reducing costs
to=
my customers. The alternative which I have is with a bluetooth headset but=
that solution has a redius of 10m and stability issues.

Also is anyone else using VR under linux ?

Any points would be much appreaciated.
MTIA.
Shaf
