You could use an inline frame (I believe these are ok ;) )

I've generated a tabbed form, one of the tabs will need to contain a simple
list (contact_id, date, value of donation etc...) This list may grow beyond
the space I have in the table for it, so I'm looking to have these values
as
a scrolling table within a cell of an existing table. (I hope this makes
sense)

Question is how can I get this scrolling inner table ?
