RE: preventing marketing phonecalls etc.
BT have a service called "choose to refuse". It enables you to
block calls from
particular persons even if they have withheld thier number!
It's £8/quarter but you should be able to get a 28 day trial during which
time
you should be able to block persistent offenders.
BTW, It is my understanding that the TPS is there to stop sales calls,
marketing calls are allowed.
