Make sure you have the Analysis Toolpack add in installed and then have
a look at the NetWorkDays function it should do what you need.

I've got a cell working out the number of days between the current date,
and
an entered date (i.e. a date when an action will become due). This is
"=DAYS360($D$1,D13)", where D1 is todays date and D13 is the
typed due
date.
Is there an easy way to have it calculate working days (or even week
days)
rather that straight calendar days?
