[OT] builders and tradesmen database

I know a few of you have had building work carried out on your homes -
I'm looking for a company to carry out a range of external work and
want
to find someone reliable and good.



Does anyone know of a database or organisation that holds info about
these types of company (I know there's something out there but can't
find it).
