We've got a full account with Insight and I got an interesting message

As you are aware Insight has been constantly growing from strength to
strength for the past 2 years. With growth comes necessary changes some
have been done in the background and has not had to affect the way you
do business through me and Insight. 
There is 1 change that has arisen which I would like to implement
straight away with you. 
Please from today onwards can you ensure that all of your orders are
sent via fax to myself (++++++++++++++). * 
Could you also ensure that the following details are also added: 
Company Name, Billing Address and Shipping Address 
Items and Product codes required 
Quantities required of each item 
Prices of each item 
Total cost of merchandise 
Shipping costs 
Vat costs 
Total costs for your order 
* You are still able to order online www.insight.com/uk Any orders
placed over =A35000 please can you send to me via fax also 
The reasoning behind this is due to Insight receiving false purchase
orders and suffering badly from our Auditors. 
This action is to protect you. 
If there are any problems that you feel this is going to cause please
contact me and i shall try to find another way.
