Re: UPS keeping your parcels safe
I'm always in two minds about this. Invariably if I want something in a
hurry, the delivery company wont leave it - if it could wait it gets
left
somewhere. At least twice, delivery drivers have discovered my wife has
left
the garage open and left them there - though apparently I'm assured it
was
locked when she left :-).
Fortunately now we live next to a friendly old retired gentleman. Almost
all
parcels now seem to get left with him - and get magically delivered about
20
mins after I get home in the evening - it really is the best of all
worlds
:)

Christmas
asking me if I had taken in a large box of expensive wine from abroad he
had
been sent, he said the delivery people he phoned said they had left it
next
to 2 dustbins, well I have 3 dustbins outside my back door, 1 for
rubbish
and 2 for sawdust for the Meerkats so he thought it had been left with me.
I
said I doubt it as my rear gate is locked and not easy to climb over but
we
looked anyway....nothing..
