                Not familiar with the comfort panel but  i think you may be
able to...
Most alarm circuit inputs have one side connected to  ground and the other
side connected to +v via eol (end of line) resistors....If this is the case
with comfort then i would suggest the following..
    If you connect the each alarm input circuit ground connection to the
common connection on the pir then when the pir detects movement it will
switch the ground onto the normally open contact which i would suggest you
connect to the input Of Ian Birds relay board (designed to mount in comfort
i believe) and use the dry contacts to trigger the ocelet......Im assuming
Ians opto isolated board is neg switching on the input side..........You
would need to use a spare core for the n/o contact...
