AVermedia - http://www.averm.co.uk/products/comptv.html -  do a range of devices to suit all budgets that take all output from your video card and put them on a tv.
The results I got from the Avermedia 300 are far from what I get from a Matrox G450 dual head - http://www.matrox.com/mga/products/mill_g450/home.cfm - and http://www.matrox.com/mga/products/mill_g450/features_dh.cfm , which is excellent..
