We initially swapped across from Seti to UD's cancer project, then they gave
a large number of people Anthrax toxin proteins instead, without letting on.
Round about the same time, there was a bit of an issue with questions of
exactly what UD are doing with the protein folding information they get.

I personally found it a little disconcerting that none of the major UK
Cancer research groups seem to have endorsed the United Devices project.
Don't get me wrong on this one, I have lost several members of my family to
Cancer, including (most recently) my father, and hope for the cure.

I think what I am saying is, if you find the company's IP statement
acceptable, by all means run the UD software, but if we really want to see a
cure for this terrible disease, we can all do a lot more by simply sticking
our hands in our pockets and giving some cold hard cash to someone like the
Imperial Cancer Research Fund or McMillian Cancer Relief (my own choice, as
they helped my Dad a lot). Money makes a lot more difference than CPU
cycles.
