Are we going to make the fields case insensitive so we don't get TESCO

Tesco etc.  Or alternatively use a dropdown list for distinct values
in
fields like Manufacturer and Type but allow for free form text for new
ones.

Other than that the structure looks good.  I wouldn't enforce data
integrity at the early stage though, when adding items to the main
barcode
table I don't want to have to input anything other than the product
details.  It would take too long to be force to create Nutritional
Info as
well especially for a cupboard or bag full of stuff.
