Oil Watchman Probe





Dave,

ISTR when I fitted the transmitter that the unit is pretty well sealed and would
be a real pain to disassemble.  The sensor (Inside the tank) is ultrasonic and
either the transmitter or receiver is calibrated to the size of the tank (I
Think).

While the receiver is also sealed, It may be easier to undress and as Li
suggested takeoff from the LCD display thus not worrying about the content of
the data stream.

I think I'll order another receiver from them and have a bash.

If only these guys would realise that they have the potential to sell more of
these uints if they were a little more open with the info.  I know this must be
a standard HA'er lament !
