That is not always the case. You CAN end an auction early and still
have
it recognised by eBay. As a seller, you can end an auction any time you
want so you can get the potential buyer to submit a bid and then you
end
early.
The other reason for ending early is to get the item quicker. I ended
an
auction early with a guy who lived 1 mile from me and 20 minutes later
I
had the item. Saved waiting a week.
