As per Andy you should add the line:

use URI::URL;

after use LWP::userAgent and then try again.

sorry about this, I didn't have these problems on my active state build

Ok, downloaded, and replaced the existing mp3-pronto.pl file with the
newly
extracted one, and changed the IP address and port (just confirm the

was 12078??).  On running I get this error:
