Welcome :). I've no experience of (c) or (d) but I do have a Comfort
Alarm
(www.comfort.org) which gives a multitude of options for
control/interface
to other HA kit. I've also used "Titan" www.titanhosts.net for
Web hosting
and have been extremely happy with both heir prices and service. I know
of
several others who've also used them and would be happy to recommend
them.
Regards
Dean
