Slink-e IR files for Tivo and Sky+

Hi
I wonder if anyone out there uses the Nirvis Slink-e to send IR
commands to a Tivo and/or Sky+ box. If yes, I would be most grateful
to receive a copy of the .cde files.
I have managed to use the EZLearn IR learning utility to teach the
codes for my Denon AVR-3802 receiver, and that works fine (vol.,
source switching, etc.) but it refuses to work for Tivo and some of
the Sky+ ir signals. It seems to work fine on some buttons and not
others. Generally, it sees (learns?) the ir (going by the the
wave/time-line display) but it when I hit the try button, the ir
code is sent (the ir emitter blinks ok) but the Tivo does not react.
I have this comming out the IR0 port of the slink-e with 2 emitters
and it works fine for the Denon where 1 of the 2 emitters is sending.

I have tried to find some way of getting pronto CCF files to convert
to Slink-e format (.cde) but no luck on that either.

I found Barry Gordon's GenIRDB on Remote Central, but can't figure
out how to use it or load CCF files into it for conversion.

If anyone can help with either altrnative, or any advice, I would be
most grateful.
