You can get the transistor sockets from RS http://rswww.com/
They also sell 4 terminal punch down connectors -(like Cat5)
I mount this on a small piece of veroboard
Drill a hole the same size as the DS18S20 in a telephone faceplate
And then use the spare wires in my phone extensions to run back to Node 0
