I made some small PCBs to house my DS18S20s - the temp snsor is soldered
directly to the PCB with also has a small 3 way screw terminal block and a
signal diode and jumper to select the diode. I've also used a clip-on
brass transistor heat sink to give the sensor some extra latency.
I might have some PCBs spare if you're interested
