ADSL recommendations - the summary

I've been following the recommendation discussion for a while now.

The summary seems to be:

- If you need 8 static IP addresses, then go for Eclipse, which
includes
this at no extra cost

- If you don't then go for Nildram, or Andrews & Arnold

If they are not prompted to comment on specific things, then Nildram
customers will typically quote the excellent connection speeds as the
main advantage.

If they are not prompted to comment on specific things, then Andrews
&
Arnold customers wil typically quote the excellent technical support as
the main advantage.

This is not to say that Nildram's support is poorer, or that Andrew
&
Arnold isn't the leading edge of speed - it's just a comment on the
first thing that seems to jump into customers' minds.
