Brian, The easiest way to get TivoWeb onto your Tivo is to download it directly to the Tivo (assuming your Tivo is setup to connect to the internet through your LAN) >from telnet to Tivo >from http_get -T 0 -C 0 -D /var/hack -U http://199.240.141.102:80/tivoweb-tcl-1.9.4.tar.gz The readme at http://tivo.lightn.org/README covers this, then unpacking and starting.
